The content on this website is general health information, not medical advice. Articles, treatment pages, frequently asked questions, videos and downloadable material are published to help you understand conditions and options. They are not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for an in-person consultation with a qualified doctor.

3. No doctor–patient relationship is created online
Reading this website, submitting the appointment form, sending a WhatsApp message or an email does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen in consultation at the clinic and Dr. Malviya accepts you as a patient. We cannot diagnose or prescribe over the phone, by message or by email.
4. Results and expectations
Outcomes of any dermatological or aesthetic treatment vary between individuals. Factors include the condition being treated, its duration and severity, your age, skin and hair type, general health, medication, genetics, and how closely post-treatment instructions are followed.
Before-and-after images on this website show the outcome achieved by a specific patient and are published with that patient's consent. They are illustrative. They are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of the result you will achieve. Where timeframes, session counts or graft numbers are stated, they are typical ranges, not commitments.
No treatment described on this site is guaranteed to work for every patient. Dr. Malviya will explain the realistic expected outcome, the likely number of sessions and the possible complications of any procedure during consultation, before you decide.
5. Pricing information
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices intended to help you plan. Your actual cost depends on the extent of treatment required, the technique chosen, the number of sessions or grafts, and any investigations needed, and is confirmed in writing after consultation and before treatment begins.
Published prices may change without notice. The price quoted to you at consultation is the price that applies, subject to the validity period stated in that quote.
6. Appointments and cancellation
- Submitting the website form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed when the clinic contacts you.
- Please arrive five minutes before your appointment time. Arriving late may mean a shorter consultation or rescheduling.
- If you cannot attend, please inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient.
- Where a procedure requires an advance or deposit, the terms of that payment — including refundability — will be explained and agreed in writing before it is taken.
- The clinic may reschedule appointments in case of an emergency, equipment issue or the doctor's unavailability. You will be informed as early as possible.
7. Consent and clinical photographs
Informed consent is obtained before any procedure. You will be told what the procedure involves, the expected result, the recovery period, alternatives and the risks, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
Clinical photographs are part of standard dermatological practice and are taken for your medical record. They are not used publicly without your separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time. See our privacy policy for detail.
8. Website content and intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, layout and design — is owned by Radiant Skin, Hair & Laser Clinic or used under licence, and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
