Bring your current medicines. The actual packs, not just the names — strengths and combinations matter, particularly with steroid-containing creams which are a common cause of worsening fungal infection.
Bring previous prescriptions and reports. Anything from the last year: prescriptions, blood work, biopsy reports, or photographs if your concern is hair loss or a rash that comes and goes.
Come with the area visible. For a scalp consultation, come with hair unoiled and unstyled. For skin, without makeup where possible.
Allow 20 minutes. A first consultation includes history, examination, dermoscopy where relevant, and a written plan. Procedures are scheduled separately — nothing is performed on the first visit without your agreement.
The consultation fee is confirmed at the time of booking and is adjusted against a procedure booked within 30 days. Ask when you call.
The clinic is not an emergency facility. For severe allergic reactions, widespread blistering, high fever with a rash or any breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
